Established since 1998, Ever-Shinning is responsible for most of the KEYDEX products' mass production. It is fully integrated with an Administration Center, a Molding Factory, a Plastic Injection Factory, a Cable Factory, and an Electronic Factory. As a fully integrated manufacturer, its clienteles are provided with complete services.

Established since 1983, as the parent company of KEYDEX, iMate, and Ever-Shinning, Union Genius was the first company to open a computer retail store in Taiwan.
